America Out Loud PULSE with Dr. Vaughn & Dr. Tankersley – As one of the Commissioners reiterated, over the past five years, why hasn't our government had a bipartisan Congressional Commission that has given us a report on what was done and how to overcome the glaring unethical acts of commission and omission?
